A note from the founder

I’ve always had a lot on my mind, but for a long time, I didn’t know where to put it. Then I found out that writing things down eases the weight of my thoughts. Reading back over my notes, I saw how much was going on in my everyday life, and how much of it I had almost forgotten.

Studying psychology and neuroscience taught me how the mind works and gave me time to reflect. It also helped me understand myself a little better: the patterns in my emotions, where I felt happiest, and what quietly drained me. Along the way, I realised how easy it is to miss these things. We push small thoughts and feelings aside, and they often come back later, sometimes only when we’re close to burning out.

These days, we rarely have time to sit down and reflect on the day. Many of us watch content about emotional wellbeing and brain science, but when a difficult feeling arrives, what we learned can be hard to remember. I believed there should be a better way to connect with our minds: a place to put our thoughts, with a little brain science right when it feels relevant.

That’s how MindIn began. As a solo female founder, I created this digital space for people to put down their thoughts, relax and reconnect with themselves. With MindIn, I want to bring back emotional awareness and the beauty of journalling.

Thank you for your support. I hope MindIn gives your thoughts somewhere to land.

  • Our mission

Emotions weren’t taught when I was growing up.

Understanding our emotions is one of the most valuable things we can learn, yet the knowledge is scattered and rarely part of growing up.
MindIn brings it into everyday life. In just a few words, people can pause, name what they feel and explore the brain science behind it, turning everyday moments into a chance to reflect, learn and grow. Because emotional understanding is more than knowledge. It can help us thrive.

  • Our vision

    Made to reach everyone

Understanding emotions should not depend on where someone lives or which services are nearby.
MindIn starts in the UK, with the vision of bringing the same brain science and emotional understanding to everyone around the world.
